"The Ancient Practice of Thai Yoga Massage is becoming Popular in Spas and Massage Studios Because of it Healing Therapeutic Qualities!"

Thai Yoga Massage originated in India over 2500 years ago. The theoretical basis for this style of bodywork is the existence of the energy body which includes 72,000 sen or energy lines through which life force flows. There are ten main Sen lines and when disharmony occurs, this results in blockages and dis-ease. Thai massage helps clear these blockages, assisting the body’s own natural healing process to restore balance.

Thai Yoga Massage is one of the world's oldest healing modalities. It is a blend of massage, acupressure, energy work, and gentle yoga stretches. Thai massage is performed on a mat or futon, comfortable clothing is worn. No oil or lotion is used.

Thai massage is known in Thailand as Nuat Phaen Boran, correctly translates only as Ancient Massage or Traditional Massage, and also known as Thai Ancient Massage, Traditional Thai Massage.
